• How can I cancel my TV service?

    You can cancel your TV service by calling or emailing to us with a 2 weeks advance notice and we will schedule your disconnection.

    If you can not give us an advanced notice, we can rush schedule a visit to your location for a trip charge fee (currently $36).

    Please note that our Cable TV service is the same for daily, weekly, or a monthly service term. So even if you use the service for a day, week or whole month rate will be the same which means there is no prorating when you are disconnecting the TV service.
