The result is a "growing disparity" in download speeds between telecoms providing DSL service and cable companies, according to the FCC's most recent report on fixed broadband.
If you are still using copper DSL lines to access broadband Internet at your home, you’re so much in the past! Get the real Internet connectivity and experience the speeds you never knew existed. Get FiberCast Internet now.
The FCC found that consumers who obtain broadband via cable or fiber tend to get service at the advertised speeds. But people who connect via DSL often receive service that falls short of the speeds promised in ads.
Beginning Wednesday, April 1st, FiberCast will limit access to its business office locations to employees only, as we try to help suppress the threat of COVID-19. In addition, all new installs will be done at the outside of the house and an extension cable will be provided until the COVID-19 threat has been mitigated.
